The "Heisei" Sweet Soy Sauce perfectly complements your sushis, bowls, noodles, vegetable stir-fries, grilled meats, or fish. Its pronounced flavor is mellowed by the Japanese sugar, wasanbon. It is made from whole soybeans and akazake (traditional saké from the Kumamoto region). It can be paired with other condiments to elevate dishes.

Applications:
Suitable for salads, bowls, stir-fries, as well as with grilled beef or trout fillet. Also delightful on pan-seared scallops.
