This dehydrated thickened brown stock allows you to prepare up to 40 litres, and is the perfect base for all brown sauces.
Mix the powder in hot or cold water and combine with a whisk. Cook for 3 minutes.

• Ingredients: starches, iodized salt, flavourings, wheat flour, sugar, beef fat, thickener (guar gum), salt, coloring (ordinary caramel), onion, yeast extract, beef cooking juices 1, 3%, glucose syrup, tomato, acidifier (citric acid), white pepper, antioxidant (rosemary extracts), garlic extract, thyme extract.
