Guide measure: between 0.1 and 1% of the total weight of the preparation, according to the flavouring used (between 1 and 10 grams per kg).
These flavourings are 'high strength', so only a few drops are necessary.

According to the type of flavouring used, a recommended quantity is specified on the bottle.
When baking or cooking: you will need to use more flavouring, according to the cooking time and intensity. For instance, for a pastry preparation that needs baking, the number of drops should be doubled.
