Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 170°C (gas 4).
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
3. Add the cake mix and combine until the dark chocolate has completely melted.
4. Take the pan away from the heat and incorporate the eggs one by one.
5. Transfer into a greased stainless steel frame 18 x 18cm (height 4.5cm) and bake at 170°C for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool, then release from the mould.
6. Enjoy this brownie when warm or at room temperature.
My tip for extra indulgence: Serve with vanilla custard and/or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
