Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Add the cake mix and combine until the chocolate has totally melted.
3. Away from the heat, add the eggs one by one and combine until homogeneous.
4. Transfer the preparation into a greased mousse ring Ø18cm (placed on a silicone mat), then bake into the oven preheated to 180°C (gas 6) for 12 minutes (if you want it gooey) or 14 minutes (for fondant results).
5. Release from the ring then set aside to cool.
My tip: you can use this cake mix to prepare individual chocolate lava cakes simply by reducing baking time by a few minutes.
