Instructions:
1. Pour the cake mix into a bowl.
2. Add the whole eggs at room temperature, the whole milk and whipping cream.
3. Combine with a stand mixer bowl at high speed for 5 minutes.
4. Reduce the speed and incorporate the grapeseed oil gradually until homogeneous.
5. Transfer the preparation into the cake mould (22cm), slightly greased beforehand.
6. Place the mould in a fan-assisted oven preheated to 200°C (gas 6), then reduce to 170°C (gas 4) and bake for 50 minutes.
7. Take the mould out of the oven and set aside for 5 minutes before releasing the cake. Leave to cool on a cake rack.
8. Chocolate icing: Melt the chocolate pistoles in the microwave, working in periods of 20 seconds, then add the softened butter.
9. Using the supplied decorating bag, pipe parallel lines of melted chocolate over the surface of the cake.
10. Sprinkle chopped caramelized hazelnuts over the surface.
