This signature recipe is an all-time favourite for children of all ages.
Crafted in our laboratory in the Basque country, France, this instant mix boasts high-quality, wholesome ingredients.
Succulent and brimming with flavour, it promises a culinary delight that both young and seasoned food enthusiasts will relish.
Impress your friends, kids, and family with ease!

Recipe:
1. Empty the contents of sachet 1 into a large bowl, creating a "well" in the centre.
2. Crack the eggs into the centre of the flour mixture.
3. Introduce the milk in three stages. Blend the first portion with the eggs, gradually pulling in the flour. Then incorporate the second batch of milk, whisking thoroughly. The consistency will remain thick, allowing for the smooth removal of lumps. Finally, introduce the last portion and mix well.
4. Melt the butter in a spacious non-stick frying pan. Once liquified, incorporate it into the batter, ensuring even blending.
5. For Pancakes: Preheat the pan and dab away any excess butter using a paper towel. Pour in batter to form 9 to 10 cm diameter discs. Allow to cook on medium heat for roughly 11/2 minutes on the first side. Flip using a spatula and cook for an additional 30 to 45 seconds. Serve warm.
6. For Waffles: Spoon a modest amount of batter onto a lightly oiled, preheated waffle iron. Close the lid and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes, adjusting the time based on your preferred crispness. Serve warm, ideally with a sprinkle of icing sugar.
