Instructions:
1. Combine the pastry cream mix with the eggs and 1/4 of cold milk.
2. Heat the rest of the milk.
3. Pour the boiling milk over the preparation and combine.
4. Transfer into a saucepan and bring to a boil while whisking. When the cream has thickened, continue whisking and cook for one minute.
5. Transfer the pastry cream into a bowl and cover the surface with cling film.
6. Set aside to cool, then store in the fridge.
