This process preserves all the taste and nutritional values of the fruit. It also keeps a texture that is both firm and soft at the heart, and keeps the product longer.
Homemade Granola recipe idea:
Mix the oat flakes, almond sticks, hazelnuts and cinnamon in a salad bowl.
Over low heat in a saucepan, make a syrup with the vegetable oil, compote and agave syrup.
Pour this syrup over the dry mixture so that all the ingredients are well soaked.
Spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake at 150°C for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
Once cooled, add the dried coconut cubes.
This granola can be enjoyed alone, with fromage blanc or milk, and can be stored for about ten days in airtight packaging.
