Hazelnut flour Moulin de la Veyssière, also known as cake meal, is a simple and pleasant option to diversify your recipes.
It is made from carefully selected French hazelnuts, dried and ground, with a subtle nutty flavor, slightly praline-like. Naturally gluten-free, this flour is a good source of fiber and protein.
We recommend using it mixed with other types of flour, with a ratio of 1/3 hazelnut flour to 2/3 regular flour.
Ideal for breads and pastries, it adds a sweet and pleasant nutty note.
