Gluten-free and fat-free, these flakes are a versatile for the preparation of sweet or savoury recipes, while thickening the consistency without altering its taste.

Use instructions: Blend the Maïzena corn starch in a small amount of cold liquid, then add this mix to boiling liquid. Do not cook for too long.
