Supreme 52% almond paste is distinguished by its supple texture and delicate taste with a subtle note of rose water.
It is made with Mediterranean Valencia almonds, tastier and more refined than those from other origins.
They are crushed in granite cylinders then roasted in copper vats using a traditional method that few manufacturers still practice.
A process perfectly mastered by Lubeca, recognized in Germany as a reference for this type of product.

Applications:
Supreme almond paste 52% without any additive is used in pastry to dress desserts or in confectionery to make disguised fruits, insides of chocolate candies, decorations or subjects...
It can become colored or flavored and tolerates cooking well.
Lubeca Supreme 52% almond paste can also be integrated into devices for making cakes, biscuits and fondants. It will then provide creaminess.
