Organic lavender syrup is a balanced recipe combining floral freshness and sweet roundness.
A Provençal touch that can enhance many pastry, cocktail, or dish recipes.

In chilled or sparkling water, a glass of champagne, or a gin and tonic, the result will be delicate and original.
It can also be incorporated into cheesecakes, vanilla milkshakes, crème brûlées, compotes, cookie dough, and shortbread.
In baking, to flavor whipped cream, ganache, or icing.
Average dosage: one part syrup to approximately eight parts water or other liquid.
