The taste and flavour of Bourbon vanilla paste for pastry preparations.
Added to doughs, desserts, ice cream, sauces or custards.
Practical, it comes in a bottle with a resealable dispenser cap to limit spills.
Vanilla seeds add a particular beauty to your preparations.

  • Recommendation: Take into account the sweetness of the dough in recipes.
  • Ingredients: Invert sugar, Bourbon vanilla extract (15%), water, exhausted-vanilla-seeds, thickener: xanthane. Alcohol: 6%/volume.
  • Weight: 270 g

It is recommended not to overdose the quantity used, as the paste has a strong flavouring power.
Vanilla paste is ideal for flavouring cakes and milk- or cream-based preparations.
Application in ice cream: The recommended dosage is 20 g per litre of preparation.
