Cast iron is lighter than cast steel, making the Beka Stark frying pan easier to handle. Its stainless steel handle maintains its appearance and stays cool while you cook.

To maintain the coating and extend the life of your frying pan:

• Use Exoglass® utensils and avoid stainless steel utensils.
• Do not cut directly in the pan.
• Avoid overheating when empty.
• Do not use abrasive sponges.
• Store with protective felt between pans to prevent scratching.

This pan is compatible with all burners, including induction and BBQ.
