The new V-shaped mandolin from Microplane is compact, easily adjustable and offers two different cuts:

• an ultra-sharp V-shaped blade for slicing fruit, vegetables or cheese
• a very sharp julienne blade for cutting food into sticks very easily

The thickness can be adjusted effortlessly using a wheel located under the mandolin, for slicing from paper thin to very thick.
The handle of the mandolin is ergonomic and soft-touch, it is also equipped with non-slip feet for safe use.
Finger guards included but you can also use a gant anti-coupure.

• Maintenance: easy, it is also dishwasher safe, but it is recommended to rinse with hot water
