Non-stick coating, rolled edges.

Before first use:

• Grease the mold and bake it for 2 hours at 180°C upside down to allow excess fat to escape.
• Wipe the mold with a dry cloth after removing it from the oven and grease it again.
• The mold is ready to use.
• Grease the mold before each use.
