Make a paper model where the text to be made in chocolate will be written. Letters must be written large and bold. Use straight letters in large block type.
Cover the model with well stretched plastic wrap.
Make a parchment paper decor cone. Fill it with melted chocolate.
Draw the outlines of letters.
Leave to harden in the fridge.
Draw a chocolate tip at the base of each letter. It will allow to hold the letters vertically on the cake.
Fill the insides of the letters with chocolate.
Cover with plastic wrap. Flatten each letter thoroughly.
Leave to harden in the fridge.
When serving, you just need to remove the letters and gently stick them on a cake or dessert.
