Madeleine baking tray suitable for domestic ovens.
Made of steel with a non-stick interior and exterior coating.
The thinness of the steel promotes even browning of your baked goods.

Use / maintenance:
Before first use, bake the empty mold for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Then clean the mold with hot water and a little dishwashing liquid.
Each time you use it, lightly grease the mold.
Clean by simply wiping the inside and outside.
Do not put in the dishwasher.
