Divisible Flexipan log mold designed by Demarle and Chef Nicolas Paciello. This innovative mold features a removable divider, allowing you to create a large log for 8 to 10 people or two smaller logs for 4 to 5 people, either identical or different.

Classic Flexipan technology (fiberglass and silicone) ensures excellent non-stick properties without the need for greasing, and its durability has been proven over time. Additionally, it is dishwasher-safe, making cleanup a breeze.

For making an insert with this log mold, choose the special insert silicone mold.
