Made in France

Dehydrated preparation for making stocks and sauces with the fine and powerful flavor of lamb meat.
But also for deglazing or vinaigrette.
One box can prepare up to 20 liters of juice.

Uses:
Dissolve the dehydrated product in boiling or cold water, with a whisk.
Bring to a boil, cook for 3 minutes.

Recommended dosage for a juice base:

  • the box + 10 liters of water = 10 liters of ready-to-use juice base
  • 60 g of product + 1 liter of water = 1 liter of ready-to-use juice

  • Ingredients: starches, salt, glucose syrup, lamb meat 9.7%, maltodextrin, chicken fat, onion, flavorings (with wheat, eggs), yeast extract, chicory extract, tomato, mutton fat , coloring (ordinary caramel), garlic, white pepper, bay leaf, thyme, spirit vinegar extract, paprika extract, white wine extract, antioxidant (rosemary extract).
