Inspired by the traditional recipes of our Breton grandmothers and brought up to date, Salidou cream has been famous outside Brittany for many years and is recognized by consumers and professionals alike as an essential part of Brittany's culinary heritage.

This traditional recipe made with butter and Guérande salt is a spreadable cream that will accompany your pancakes, waffles, or serve as a coulis on your desserts.

Ingredients: Sugar, fresh cream (milk), fresh butter (milk) (18%), glucose syrup, Guérande salt (0.5%), Guérande flower of salt (0.1%).
Best before: 9 months, stored in a cool, dry place.
