The walnut flour from Moulin de la Veyssière, also known as tourteau flour, is a healthy and gourmet alternative to diversify and bring some originality to your recipes.

Made from rigorously selected French walnuts, dried and then ground, it boasts a delicious, lightly roasted walnut flavor.
Naturally gluten-free, it is rich in fiber and protein.

This flour is used by mixing it with another type of flour. We recommend a ratio of 1/3 of our walnut flour mixed with 2/3 of regular "classic" flour.

You can use it for your breads or pastries to add a delicious walnut flavor.

Chef Philippe's advice: I like to use it in my breading and some of my sauces to add a touch of originality when serving with veal or poultry.

  • Best before date (BBE): 12 months at room temperature, stored in a cool, dry place, away from light. In case of high temperatures, store the product in a refrigerated area (0-5°C).
