The walnut flour from Moulin de la Veyssière, also known as tourteau flour, is a healthy and gourmet alternative to diversify and bring some originality to your recipes.
Made from rigorously selected French walnuts, dried and then ground, it boasts a delicious, lightly roasted walnut flavor.

This flour is used by mixing it with another type of flour. We recommend a ratio of 1/3 of our walnut flour mixed with 2/3 of regular "classic" flour.
