Bistro set of 2 salt and pepper mills 10cm made of varnished beechwood: one comes in a chocolate colour (pepper) and the other in a natural finish (salt).

All in wood, adorned with a dazzling metal knob, this is the emblematic design of Peugeot's Z model, created over 150 years ago.

Both grinders from the Bistro set come with a Peugeot mechanism, guaranteed for life. The unscrewable knob lets you adjust the grind to your preferences: the tighter the knob, the finer the grind.

Use this mill set with rock salts such as Himalayan pink salt or fine peppers such as red Sichuan peppercorns.

Which pepper should I use?
For optimal performance, use peppercorns with a diameter of 6mm or less. The mechanism is suitable for black, white, and green peppers, and pink berries when mixed with these peppers (up to 15% pink berries). It is also suitable for coriander.

Which salt should I use?
For optimum operation of the salt mill: the mechanism is only suitable for dry cooking rock salt (white, pink, or blue) with a grain size of less than 4mm.
