The Peugeot pepper mechanism has a double row of helical teeth that capture the peppercorns, pull them downwards, and then lock them in place to grind them perfectly. It benefits from a patented treatment that protects the steel from corrosion while maintaining its sharpness and resistance to wear.

Which pepper should I use?
For optimal performance, use peppercorns with a diameter of 6mm or less. The mechanism is suitable for black, white, and green peppers, and pink berries when mixed with these peppers (up to 15% pink berries). It is also suitable for coriander.
