• Melting: 45/50°C
• Crystallization: 27/28°C
• Working: 29/30°C

• Ingredients: Cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa beans, brown sugar, natural vanilla extract, sunflower lecithin, barley malt extract.
• Storage: Reseal tightly after use to maintain freshness and store between 16° and 18°C, away from heat and humidity.
