Bagatelle T65 Label Rouge flour, crafted by Moulin Maury, is a well-balanced flour derived from CRC (Culture Raisonnée Contrôlée) wheat.
This 100% natural flour contains no additives and ensures a perfect texture along with a delicate flavour.
Following the grinding of the grains, the flour undergoes sifting, and the decision is made regarding whether to retain all or part of the wheat grain's "husk" (or "bran").
Each flour is categorized by a number corresponding to its ash content (Type 45, Type 55, etc.): the lower the number, the whiter the flour, whereas the higher the number, the more complete the flour.
T65 flour, slightly richer in minerals and fibre, has a denser consistency, making it well-suited for various culinary applications.
It is particularly suitable for crafting pizza dough, traditional breads, and general cooking.
