Yuzu juice powder was made from exceptional fruits harvested in the Tokushima region. The juice was spray-dried.
A subtle flavor between mandarin and citron that can flavor macaron shells, cake batters, creams, mousses or butter.
Yuzu juice powder does not change the texture of the preparation.

Applications:
The dosage is according to individual taste. Add little by little to the preparation until you obtain the desired flavor.
